The Process Navigator & Employee Experience Enabler

The HR People Partner is the vital backbone of our HR operating model and the primary navigator and champion for our employees. By guiding employees through HR workflows, driving continuous improvement (CI), and acting as the operational process interface for the HRBP, the HR PP ensures an outstanding employee experience, while enabling the HRBP to focus fully on strategic leadership consulting.
