(Junior) Equipment Technician (m/f/d)

As a technician for state-of-the-art equipment, you will ensure that our high-tech systems in the cleanroom function reliably from day one.

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep the Fab running: You will take care of high-tech equipment that produces chips and perform precise preventive maintenance.
  • Pioneer & Optimize: You will conduct visual inspections, identify irregularities early, and actively help us optimize our cleanroom standards and 6S guidelines.
  • Smart Troubleshooting: You will analyze malfunctions and resolve errors using various tools to find long-term solutions.
  • Teamwork & Impact: You will work closely with experienced experts to ensure a smooth production process.

Your profile

  • A completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, mechanic, electrician (m/f/d), or in a comparable technical field
  • If you already have experience in the semiconductor industry, that's perfect. If not, we will teach you everything you need to know.
  • English skills at B1 level for technical documentation, as well as applicable German skills for communication regarding safety and on-site operational procedures.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, to ensure the smooth operation of our fab.
  • You are willing to travel to Taiwan with other teammates to further train as a semiconductor manufacturing expert at TSMC.
  • Curiosity for cutting-edge technology and a structured way of working where safety comes first.
  • You are a strong team player – because the construction and operation of a new fab is a team effort.
